How does free until your contract ends work?
Sign your agreement now and start using Eris right away. You pay nothing until the day your current contract ends, for up to 6 months. From then on, it's regular monthly service.
What we need from you: your current contract's end date, and the date you have to give notice to your current provider. This lets us time your switch so you meet your notice date.
No setup fee, unless you cancel before paid service starts. Then a $500 setup fee is due.
Is there a long-term agreement?
No. Leave any time with two months' notice.
If you joined with free months, notice can start once paid service begins. For example, sign January 1 with 6 free months and paid service starts July 1. The earliest you can give notice is July 1, so the earliest your service ends is September 1.
